Sports Performance Pros OnCall (SPPOC) delivers a Personalized Sports Performance Development Support Policy designed to function similarly to a healthcare insurance policy providing parents and athletes with experienced education, clear direction, and peace of mind through trusted professionals. This policy supports athletes from elementary school through high school development, with a primary focus on building athlete confidence while ultimately progressing each athlete toward optimal personalized and positional sport specific performance development through a trusted, team-based relationship with parents, athletes, and proven professionals.
We are advocates for existing coaches and present programs being used by your athlete, not a replacement option.
Support follows the natural phases of athletic development—establishing foundational movement and neuro-firing patterns early, advancing strength and sport-specific efficiency through middle school, and refining neuromuscular performance at the high school level. Readiness is determined by the mental maturity of both the athlete and the parent, ensuring guidance begins at the right time and place.
Policyholders gain direct access to experienced nationwide professionals through a simple, “friend-to-friend” communication model using phone calls, text, video, and media exchange. Guidance spans strength, power, speed, agility, explosive power, rehabilitation, nutrition, supplements, concussion education, and movement validation. The service remains remote, flexible, and month-to-month, with optional program design or in-person instruction available, all delivered under the Create Separation® philosophy.
The policyholder will have access to SPPOC Specialist in the following major areas:
